- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- Press on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan
- Pour on bottom layer
How to make lemon dessert:
Mix together. Press on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.Middle Layer:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. Cool Whip1 c. powdered sugar Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar well, then add Cool Whip. Pour on bottom layer.Top Layer:2 small pkg. lemon instant pudding2 1/2 c. milk3 Tbsp. lemon juice Mix ingredients; pour over middle layer.
