Lemon delight

Ingredients/Components

• milk - 3 c
• flour - 1 c
• powdered sugar - 1 c
• Cool Whip - 1 c
• Philadelphia cream cheese - 8 oz
• stick oleo - 1 item
• boxes instant lemon pudding - 2 item

How to make lemon delight:

Mix oleo and flour together like pie dough; press in pan, 11 x 7 x 2-inch. Bake 15 minutes.

Cream the powdered sugar and cream cheese; add 1 cup Cool Whip and fold into mixture. Spread on baked crust.

Stir together pudding and milk until thick. Spread on 2nd layer.

Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
