Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- crushed nuts - 1 item
- Top Layer:2 pkg
- crushed walnuts - 1/2 c
- Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan
- remaining Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make lemon delight:
Mix all together. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool.Middle Layer:1/2 c. Cool Whip (8 oz. carton)1/2 c. confectioners sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature) Beat all ingredients with electric mixer until creamy.Top Layer:2 pkg. instant lemon pudding3 c. milk remaining Cool Whip crushed nuts Prepare pudding with milk.
