Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• milk - 3 c
• flour - 1 c
• confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
• stick melted margarine - 1 item
• crushed nuts - 1 item
• Top Layer:2 pkg
• crushed walnuts - 1/2 c
• Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan
• remaining Cool Whip - 1 item

How to make lemon delight:

Mix all together. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool.Middle Layer:1/2 c. Cool Whip (8 oz. carton)1/2 c. confectioners sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature) Beat all ingredients with electric mixer until creamy.Top Layer:2 pkg. instant lemon pudding3 c. milk remaining Cool Whip crushed nuts Prepare pudding with milk. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Top with pudding and remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with crushed nuts. Chill.
