Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- egg yolks - 3 item
- egg whites - 3 item
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- rind of 1 lemon
- vanilla wafers, crushed to cover top and bottom of greased dish - 1 item
How to make lemon delight:
Combine sugar, lemon juice, rind and egg yolks. Cook in double boiler until thick. Beat egg whites and whipped cream into cooled custard. Pour into dish (which has layer of crumbs).
