Ingredients/Components
- lemon gelatin
- boiling water - 4 c
- lemonade - 12 oz
- carton nondairy topping - 1 oz
How to make lemon delight:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add lemonade. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat with mixer. Add topping and beat until smooth. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill overnight. Serves 16 to 20.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, American.
