Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 3/4 item
- self-rising flour - 3/4 1
- rind of 1 lemon
How to make lemon crisps:
Cream butter and sugar. Add lemon and flour. Roll dough into small balls. Smash with fork. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
