  • sugar - 1 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • egg yolks - 3 item
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • grated lemon rind - 1 Tbsp
  • 9-inch baked pie shell - 1 item

How to make lemon cream pie:

Combine sugar and cornstarch in pan. Add melted butter, rind, juice and beaten egg yolks. Stir in milk. Heat over medium heat until thick. Let cool; fold in sour cream. Pour into pie shell. Chill at least 3 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream.
