Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- egg yolks, beaten - 3 item
- grated lemon peel - 1 Tbsp
- 9-inch baked pastry shell - 1 item
How to make lemon cream pie:
In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, lemon peel, butter, lemon juice, milk and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Cover and cool. Fold in sour cream.
