  • Cool Whip - 2 c
  • box lemon cake mix - 1 item

How to make lemon cookies:

Mix the first 3 ingredients well. Chill dough. Drop by teaspoonful into powdered sugar. Roll into small balls and flatten slightly. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly; drain on paper bag.
