- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
How to make lemon coconut bars:
Mix the cup of flour, butter and powdered sugar as for pie crust. Pat into an 8 x 8-inch pan, buttered. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool. Beat eggs. Combine with sugar.
