Ingredients/Components
- boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
- egg - 1 item
- real lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- each garlic powder and paprika - 1/4 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- boiling water - 1/2 c
How to make lemon chicken:
Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika. Dip chicken in egg, then flour mixture. Brown chicken in margarine. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Add remaining real lemon juice; pour into pan with chicken. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or longer if desired.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
