- melted butter - 1/4 c
- plain flour - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- grated lemon rind - 4 Tbsp
- eggs, unbeaten - 4 item
- cornmeal - 1 Tbsp
- sweet milk - 1/4 c
- chilled, unbaked 9-inch pie crust - 1 item
How to make lemon chess pie:
Combine flour, sugar and cornmeal in a bowl and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour into chilled, unbaked deep-dish pie crust. Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
