  • plain flour - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • grated lemon rind - 4 Tbsp
  • eggs, unbeaten - 4 item
  • cornmeal - 1 Tbsp
  • sweet milk - 1/4 c
  • chilled, unbaked 9-inch pie crust - 1 item

How to make lemon chess pie:

Combine flour, sugar and cornmeal in a bowl and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour into chilled, unbaked deep-dish pie crust. Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.
