- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- cornmeal - 1 Tbsp
- lemon rind - 4 Tbsp
- unbaked pie crusts - 2 item
How to make lemon chess pie:
Mix sugar, flour and meal. Add eggs. Beat until creamy. Add butter, milk and lemon juice and rind. Beat until smooth. Put in unbaked pie crusts. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
