• sugar
• eggs - 4 item
• milk - 4 Tbsp
• flour - 1 Tbsp
• lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
• cornmeal - 1 Tbsp
• lemon rind - 1 Tbsp
• 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item

How to make lemon chess pie:

Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal; toss lightly with a fork. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
