  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • unbaked pie shell - 1 item
  • lemon rind - 4 Tbsp
  • corn meal - 1 Tbsp

How to make lemon chess pie:

To sugar, flour and corn meal, add eggs, lemon juice, milk, butter and lemon rind. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes. Cut with knife to check doneness. Top should be golden brown feeling firm without being dry or hard.
