- sugar - 2 c
- sweet milk - 1/4 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- lemon rind - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- corn meal - 1 Tbsp
- whole eggs - 4 item
How to make lemon chess pie:
Combine sugar and eggs. Mix flour and meal. Add to sugar and eggs. Gradually add milk, butter, lemon juice and rind. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
