  • cream cheese - 1 lb
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • Carnation milk - 12 oz
  • frozen lemonade - 6 oz
  • small lemon instant pudding - 1 item

How to make lemon cheesecake pie:

Mix for 2 minutes the milk and instant pudding. Cream together the cream cheese and the thawed lemonade. Beat until fluffy. Pour into pudding and milk. Pour into pie crusts. Top with Cool Whip. This makes 2 pies.
