- cream cheese - 1 pkg
- lemon Jell-O
- graham crackers - 2 pkg
- can Milnot - 1 item
- Whip Milnot
How to make lemon cheesecake:
Cream together sugar and cream cheese. Whip Milnot. Dissolve Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water. Mix Milnot and Jell-O into cream cheese mixture. Pour into dish.Topping:1 stick margarine or butter2 pkg. graham crackers Crush crumbs and combine with butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of cake.
