Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- oil - 1/3 c
- lemon juice
- soft cream cheese - 8 oz
- Duncan Hines lemon pudding cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make lemon cheese squares:
Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve one cup and pat the rest lightly in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and the other egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 15 minutes longer.
