  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • salad oil - 1/3 c
  • box yellow cake mix with pudding - 1 item

How to make lemon cheese bars:

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining batter into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg and lemon juice until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350° for 15 more minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
