- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- instant pudding mix - 1 pkg
How to make lemon cheese bars:
Mix dry cake mix, pudding mix, 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil until crumbly; reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mix lightly in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Beat cheese, sugar and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mix. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool.
