- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- lemon extract - 1/2 tsp
- lemon zest - 1 Tbsp
- box lemon cake mix without the pudding mix - 1 item
- box 4 serving size instant lemon pudding - 1 item
- Beat with mixer well
How to make lemon cake:
Mix cake mix and lemon pudding, then add eggs, lemon extract, lemon juice and oil. Beat with mixer well. Cook on 350° for 45 to 55 minutes. While cake is cooking make the glaze.Glaze:1 c. confectioners sugar1/4 c. lemon juice1/2 tsp. lemon extract1 Tbsp. lemon zest Beat it with a whisk until blended well. Take the cake out of the oven, put on cake plate, then punch holes with toothpick. Pour glaze over the cake while it's hot.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
