  • eggs - 4 item
  • cold water - 3/4 c
  • lemon jello
  • lemon cake mix - 1 pkg

How to make lemon cake:

Mix and beat 4 minutes with electric mixer, add 3/4 cup cooking oil and beat another minute. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch oblong pan. After cake is baked and while it is still hot, prick all over the top with a fork and pour on topping.

For the topping, mix together 1/3 cup lemon juice and 2 cups sifted powdered sugar and pour over hot cake.
