  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • plain flour
  • lemon flavoring - 2 tsp

How to make lemon buttermilk pound cake:

Mix as for any pound cake. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes after taking out of the oven.
