- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- buttermilk - 1 c
- lemon extract - 1 Tbsp
How to make lemon buttermilk pie:
Melt margarine and add to sugar and flour. Add eggs, buttermilk and lemon extract. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until brown and set firm.One and one-half recipes will make 2 pies.
