Lemon buttermilk pie



  • sugar
  • eggs - 2 item
  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • lemon extract - 1 Tbsp

How to make lemon buttermilk pie:

Melt margarine and add to sugar and flour. Add eggs, buttermilk and lemon extract. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until brown and set firm.

One and one-half recipes will make 2 pies.
