Lemon-butter sauce
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- cornstarch - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- lemon peel - 1/2 tsp
How to make lemon-butter sauce:
In small saucepan, over medium heat, melt margarine. Add lemon peel, lemon juice and cornstarch. Stir to blend. Slowly add half and half, stirring constantly. Add cornstarch and simmer until thickened. Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Lemon.
