  • sugar - 1 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • boiling water
  • lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
  • can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • lemon Jell-O - 1 pkg
  • graham crackers - 12 item
  • grated rind of 1 lemon

How to make lemon bisque:

Boil milk for five minutes in can in pan of water. Chill overnight. Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/4 cups boiling water and add sugar, salt, lemon juice and rind. Beat milk until stiff and whip gelatin mixture into it.

Crush graham crackers with rolling pin and sprinkle in bottom of oblong glass dish. Pour mixture slowly over it. Crush 6 more crackers and spread on top. Place in refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
