Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2/3 c
How to make lemon bars:
Sift together flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter until mixture clings. Press in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. Sift flour and baking powder.
