Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- lemon juice - 6 Tbsp
- 1/2 sticks margarine, softened - 1 item
- Topping:4 large eggs, beaten lightly
How to make lemon bars:
Topping:4 large eggs, beaten lightly2 c. sugar1/4 c. all-purpose flour1 tsp. baking powder6 Tbsp. lemon juice Combine crust ingredients and pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes until light golden and firm when touched. Combine all topping ingredients and pour over the base layer. Return to oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes more or until done.
