Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• coconut - 1 c
• margarine - 1/4 c
• can lemon pie filling - 1 item
• 1-step angel food cake mix - 1 pkg
• Pour into a very lightly greased jelly roll pan 15 1/2 x 12 1/2-inch

How to make lemon bars:

Mix cake mix (as it comes from box) with remaining ingredients with a spoon. Pour into a very lightly greased jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 12 1/2-inch). Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 350° oven, then cool. Ice with Cream Cheese Icing.Icing:1 lb. powdered sugar1/4 c. margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Mix together until well blended; ice bars. Makes 24 to 32 bars.
