Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt
- flour
- vegetable shortening - 1/2 c
- skim milk - 1/4 c
- mashed potatoes - 4 c
How to make lefse:
Mix first 5 ingredients together when warm. Cool and add flour. Make into round balls and roll thin on floured board. Bake on ungreased griddle at 400°. When done on one side, flip and cook on remaining side. Yield: 24. Protein 2 g, fat 3 g, calories 79.
