Lebkuchen cookies

Ingredients/Components

• baking powder - 2 tsp
• brown sugar - 2 c
• eggs, beaten - 4 item
• cocoa - 3 Tbsp
• marmalade - 2 Tbsp
• nuts - 1/2 c
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• cloves - 1/4 tsp
• cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
• allspice - 1/4 tsp
• small jar honey - 1 item
• flour

How to make lebkuchen cookies:

Add marmalade and honey to the eggs. Beat well. Add all dry ingredients together and then stir into the egg mixture. Bake in a 9 x 12-inch pan 20 minutes at 350°. When cool, cut into bars and use a powdered sugar and milk frosting or sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
