Lazy lasagna



  • pkg - 8 oz
  • 8 oz - 1 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
  • browned ground beef - 1 lb
  • prepared spaghetti sauce

How to make lazy lasagna:

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In large bowl, toss noodles with 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Add sauce to browned ground beef.

In 2-quart oblong (9 x 13-inch) baking dish, spoon enough sauce to cover bottom. Layer the noodle mixture next. Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle the remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375°. Makes 8 servings.
