Layered spinach salad



  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sliced green onions - 1/2 c
  • cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 c
  • torn spinach leaves - 6 c
  • slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 8 item
  • shredded red cabbage - 2 c
  • bottle prepared Ranch dressing - 1 oz

How to make layered spinach salad:

Cook tortellini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water. In large, clear glass bowl or 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish, layer cabbage, spinach, tortellini, tomatoes and green onions. Pour dressing evenly over top; sprinkle with bacon. Cover. Refrigerate until serving time. Yield: 8 (1 cup) servings.
