Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- sliced hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- sliced red onion - 1/2 c
- sliced, fresh mushrooms
- head lettuce, broken in pieces - 1 item
- "light" Miracle Whip - 2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese sprinkle on top - 1 item
How to make layered salad:
In large bowl, layer ingredients as listed. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Toss and serve.Recipe categories: Salads, 3 steps or less, > 1 day.
