Layered pea salad
Ingredients/Components
- stalk celery, thinly sliced - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 1
- head lettuce, shredded - 1/2 item
- shredded cheese - 1 1
- can green peas - 1 item
- sliced cauliflower - 1 c
- red onion, quartered and thinly sliced - 1/2 item
- or 5 radishes, sliced - 4 item
- head broccoli, broken or cut into small heads - 1/4 item
- green pepper, quartered and thinly sliced - 1/2 item
How to make layered pea salad:
Layer raw vegetables, beginning with lettuce, in a deep glass bowl. Drain peas and pour over top of vegetables. Cover peas with mayonnaise. Sprinkle cheese over all. Seal with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Note: You may use any vegetableRecipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Salads.
