Layered mexican dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- mayonnaise
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- dash of lemon juice - 1 item
- taco mix - 2/3 pkg
- cans jalapeno bean dip - 2 oz
- grated Cheddar - 1 c
- grated Jack cheese - 1 c
- large avocados - 3 item
- cans sliced black olives - 2 oz
- large fresh tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- large dip size Fritos - 1 item
How to make layered mexican dip:
Mash avocados with salt, pepper and dash of lemon juice. Set aside. Combine sour cream with mayonnaise and 2/3 package taco seasoning mix. Set aside. Combine grated cheeses and set aside. In a medium size casserole dish, layer the ingredients in the following order: bean dip, mashed avocados, green onions, sour cream mixture, cheeses, tomatoes, then olives.
