  • flour - 1 c
  • vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 1/3 c
  • small container Cool Whip - 1 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • Spread on cooled crust
  • Third Layer:
  • Press into baking dish

How to make layered lemon pie:

Use pastry cutter to blend. Press into baking dish. Bake at 400° until brown. Let cool.First Layer:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla flavoring1 small container Cool Whip Mix ingredients. Spread on cooled crust.Second Layer (Can Be Doubled):1 can sweetened condensed milk1/3 c. lemon juice2 egg yolks Beat together with dash of lemon rind.Third Layer: Top with Cool Whip.
