Ingredients/Components
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- small container Cool Whip - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- Spread on cooled crust
- Third Layer:
- Press into baking dish
How to make layered lemon pie:
Use pastry cutter to blend. Press into baking dish. Bake at 400° until brown. Let cool.First Layer:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla flavoring1 small container Cool Whip Mix ingredients. Spread on cooled crust.Second Layer (Can Be Doubled):1 can sweetened condensed milk1/3 c. lemon juice2 egg yolks Beat together with dash of lemon rind.Third Layer: Top with Cool Whip.Enjoy! Serves 8 to 10.
