Layered bean dip



  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • mild salsa
  • shredded Jack cheese - 2 c
  • cans refried beans - 2 oz
  • can sliced black olives - 1 oz
  • chips - 1 item

How to make layered bean dip:

Spread 1 can of beans in the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch dish. Layer half of the olives, half the salsa and half of the cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. Garnish with sour cream, sliced green onions and shredded lettuce, if desired.
