Layered banana pineapple dessert



  • graham cracker crumbs
  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • cold milk
  • margarine - 1/3 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • bananas, sliced - 3 item
  • vanilla instant pudding I use sugar-free* - 2 serving
  • tub Cool Whip, thawed* - 1 (8

How to make layered banana pineapple dessert:

Mix cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press evenly onto bottom of a 13 x 9-inch dish or pan. Arrange banana slices over crust. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk and add pudding mixes. Beat until well blended and spread over banana slices. Spoon pineapple over pudding mixture. Spread Cool Whip over pineapple. Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve.

*I use a lite cream cheese, lite Cool Whip and sugar-free pudding for a delicious light dessert.
