Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 pt
- large green pepper - 1 item
- boiled eggs - 3 item
- celery - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- large onion - 1 item
- large cucumber - 1 item
- large lettuce - 1/2 item
- slices cooked bacon bacon bits may be used - 8 item
How to make layer salad:
Chop the first 5 items. Place in layers in 9 x 13-inch pan or dish. Sprinkle peas over first five items. Spread mayonnaise and sprinkle sugar over mayonnaise. Slice eggs over mayonnaise.
