Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- cooking oil - 3 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Ricotta cheese - 2 lb
- large green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- jar Ragu spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
- lasagne
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced - 8 oz
How to make lasagne:
In a large heavy pan, brown beef, onion and pepper in oil. Add spaghetti sauce, sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Simmer for 1 hour. In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, spread about 1 cup of sauce. Alternate layers of lasagne, sauce, Ricotta cheese, MRecipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
