Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- onion - 1 item
- garlic - 1/2 tsp
- canned tomatoes - 1 qt
- wide lasagne - 1/2 lb
- Cheeses: Mozzarella, Cheddar, Colby, Co-Jack, Monterey Jack and/or American at least 1 white cheese, others as desired
How to make lasagne:
Cheeses: Mozzarella, Cheddar, Colby, Co-Jack, Monterey Jack and/or American (at least 1 white cheese, others as desired) Parmesan cheese Brown ground beef and onions. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer at least 30 minutes. Prepare noodles as directed on package. In a 13 x 9-inch pan, put layer of noodles, meat sauce and cheese. Then repeat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of last cheese layer (ending with Mozzarella or Monterey Jack). Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
