Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- box noodles - 1 oz
- Mozzarella cheese - 3 c
- cottage cheese - 16 oz
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- spaghetti sauce mix - 1 pkg
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- small can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
How to make lasagne:
Brown meat; drain. Add bell pepper, onion and mushrooms. Simmer for 1 hour. Add tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix. Simmer 15 minutes more. Boil noodles according to directions on box. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan, starting with noodles, meat, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Continue layering until all mix is used.
