Ingredients/Components
- salt
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 2 lb
- oregano
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- noodles - 3/4 pkg
- minced onions - 1/4 c
- 2 can tomatoes
- American cheese and Parmesan cheese - 1 pkg
How to make lasagne:
Cook noodles in salted water until tender. Brown beef and minced onion and garlic in salad oil (about 2 tablespoons). Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano; let simmer 35 minutes.Place a layer of noodles in a flat casserole, then a layer of beef mixture, a layer of cheese, a layer of noodles, a layer of beef mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350° or 375° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
