Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- Mozzarella cheese - 3 pkg
- Cheddar cheese - 2 pkg
- large onion - 1 item
- can Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- lasagne - 1 pkg
- large jar Ragu sauce - 1 item
How to make lasagne:
You will need a lasagne pan.In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion cut up in it. In a large pot, boil lasagne. When ground beef and onion are done, drain grease from pan and pour in Ragu sauce. Let cook for 5 minutes; set aside. In a large bowl, mix the Cheddar and 2 bags Mozzarella cheeses together. Once the lasagne is done, drain and rinse. In a large lasagne pan, start layering meat sauce at the bottom, then cheese, then lasagne. Start over each time you put cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of cheese mixture. Once you get to the top, sprinkle the last bag of Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
