Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- can tomato sauce - 15 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato paste - 8 oz
- Mozzarella cheese - 3 c
- Ricotta cheese - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- sausage - 1 lb
- lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
How to make lasagne:
Brown ground beef and sausage. Drain. Add tomato sauce and tomato paste. Simmer. In separate bowl, mix Ricotta cheese and eggs. Stir well until creamy. Place a layer of noodles in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Pour half of meat sauce over noodles. Pour half of Ricotta cheese mixture over this. Sprinkle with half of Mozzarella cheese. Cover with sliced Cheddar cheese. Pour rest of meat sauce over another layer of noodles. Layer as before using rest of everything. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese is lightly brown.
