- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- Italian seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 4 oz
- cream-style small curd cottage cheese - 1 c
How to make lasagne:
Lightly brown ground beef, onion and garlic in frying pan; drain. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; cook slowly, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix cottage cheese and nutmeg.
