Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 4 tsp
- garlic powder - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- oregano - 1 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 16 oz
- each tomato paste
How to make lasagne:
Brown meat and drain grease off. Add 4 to 5 cups of water, seasonings and tomato paste. Simmer for 30 minutes. Cook noodles; 9 noodles for each pan (3 across and 3 deep). In baking dish alternate a layer of noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese and then Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese bubbles on top, in the middle. Freezes very well. Makes 2 (13 x 9-inch) pans, 12 servings per pan.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
