- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- Italian seasoning - 2 tsp
- tomato paste - 1 (8
- tomato sauce - 1 (8
- carton cottage cheese - 1 oz
- lasagna noodles, cooked and drained - 8 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- beef bouillon cube - 1 item
How to make lasagne:
Brown ground chuck and onion. Add parsley flakes, bouillon cube, seasonings, tomato paste and tomato sauce. Simmer 30 minutes. Combine cottage cheese and eggs; beat well.Spoon a small amount of meat sauce into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Layer with half of noodles, cheese mixture, pepperoni, remaining noodles, remaining meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
